Need A Sick Note For Work. Any Ideas?

I have a shitty on campus food service job and i really dislike it. Ive already used up all my sick absences and such. Is there any software or anything that someone knows about to make a fake sick note, so I can turn in my 2 week notice without working a single minute? Thanx for your help, sorry if this offends you

diffrence between him and me is that he spent all his sick days, vs I had enough that I could take those days throughout the year and not get screwed over because I planned it correctly

Just quit... no need for a *note* for a crappy job. Just give notice and pick up your check when it's time.
