Need advice, either Fight Night Round 3 or NFS:PS??

I recently bought some half off sim cash cards at best buy and I cannot decide on what I want to get.
It down to either Fight Night Round 3 or Need For Speed Pro Street for the 360.
So what are everyone's thoughts on which one is better?

It comes down to what you like better. I would choose Fight Night since the demo for Pro Street left me unimpressed. You could do the same yourself if marketplace still has a demo for Round 3.

FNR3 is an awesome game. Given that FNR4 is coming out soon, I'd still go with FNR3 over Need for Speed
