Need advice on a custom rig(s)

CAGiversary!
So I've been looking at this rig and just need a bit of information. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/200906156137?item=200906156137

You guys think that it's worth that price I mean it does seem like a bargain and I can get a new OS without a problem but I'm looking to play Planetside 2 on High settings and was wondering if this machine could do it. If not then how about this one?
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Vibox-Met...16GB-HD7770-GAMING-PC-COMPUTER-/200904173452?

Seems to have a slightly better graphics card but I can always upgrade the graphics card in the other rig later down the line.

Has anyone found a better rig for a decent price? My budget is limited and I have given up on building my own custom rig.

Many thanks.

They 'might' be able to handle Planetside 2 but with low fps. Why are you against building? If it's because you want advice or suggestions, feel free to PM me. One could build a computer that is twice as fast as the one's linked and still end up paying the same amount.

Curious as to why you have completely ruled out building? You can get exactly what you need for cheaper than any build. You just gotta spend an afternoon assembling and installing. I recently built a beast of a PC, "skimped" with a GTX 660 though plus reused a HD I had: little under $700 US for everything. Don't know if you have the equivalent of Newegg/Microcenter over there though.

It's really easy to do and a million youtube step by step build videos if you need help.. Check the thread below for build suggestions and tips, vids etc. Also there will be alot more UK people than here to give you local suggestions. http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=509570

I agree with the two above me, building is always the better option.

Its really not that hard. Honestly the hardest part in building PCs I've run into is knowing where the front panel connections go and that is only because the cases I've used had shitty instructions. A couple minutes of google fix that problem though.

But if you dont trust yourself to build it, you've probably got a friend who can do it for you. Even if they wont do it for free, throw them $50 and you've probably still spent less than buying a prebuild PC and have double system.
