Hey, if you insure a package, is that enough, or do you still need tracking?

You might go for a long-shot, call the post office in this guy's town, and explain the situation. Priority Mail only takes 2-4 days, so you can pin down the deliver window easy. If you're really lucky, the mail carrier will remember dropping it off and might be able to contact paypal and tell them he did deliver the box. (It probably won't work tho'.)

i guess you should ignore that if there is no $ left on your account, paypal gives no shits and they will not help you about it
