Need Advice! TV & Soundsystem related

Problem:

I am/was thinking of upgrading my tv and sound system, but am kind of debating it now. I was going to put ~$800 into it, but all I use my tv for now is just for games and movies, which I think both look fine in SD.

My setup:

Sony Trinitron 37' (Apr. '97)
RCA RT2770
--Systems--
x360 Elite
N64
Playstation 1
Atari 2600
Sega Genesis

*Only the 360 supports HD, I don't have cable/sat, and don't plan on upgrading to blu-ray anytime soon.

So, what should I do..
upgrade tv+sound, only tv or sound, or just expand my collection of games and upgrade later?

After typing this it seems apparent that I should keep the tv, but what do you think?!

Upgrade the TV. Get HD, you will notice a huge difference.

Yep.

Also, what do you consider more priority, visual or sound? What do you feel will better enhance your experience?

Even if I didn't already have Klipsch speakers, I would have upgraded my TV first, as I feel it provides a more noticeable difference. Plus, HiDef is prettier.

Sound is defiantly my main priority..
