Need books for summer

Anyone have recommendations of books to read this summer? I will be working a lifeguarding job this summer at a beach for 7 hour shifts. People rarely come so I will need things to do. There is only so long a DS can sustain you. :lol: So does anyone know of any good books that someone who doesn't read really at all would like?

I'm reading The Road as well right now.

I just finished Moneyball which was great if you're into Baseball.

Also reading Grand Theft Childhood about the latest research into violent video games and their effect on children.

Choke, and Survivor by Chuck Pahlaniuk(the guy who wrote fight club) are my favorite two books ever. Jackie chan had a pretty good biography.

I'll head Liquid off and recommend Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand because it's intellectual. Or something.

Keep the suggestions coming haha.

June-September job. 20-30 hours a week with not many people actually swimming means lots of reading and stuff.
