EB gives crap on trade-ins. Either trade them here or find a local Hastings. Hastings has a deal where you trade in any four games and get a new one for free. I do the deal all the time.

Yes they do. It depends on who you talk to. The managers tell them not to give quotes over the phone as they'd have customers not show up.. but they can. When I worked there, I'd give quotes over the phone.

For a grand total of $16, yay! You can probably buy one, old used game for that!
 
Your better off going to a FYE if you have one in your area you'll get arount $42-50 there for the 5 games total you want to trade in.
