Alright, so I know very little about the games that are out for 360 and I'm hardly interested in the games that are coming out in the coming weeks, so my question to you is...what game would you recommend for somebody who already has Gears of War, Spider-Man, and Tony Hawk? I'm open for anything as long as it's good. Basically tell me what your favorite 360 game is next to those three games.

I would go with Lost Planet as a top buy, really good single player (despite the worst voice acting and overall storyline ever), the bosses and levels are so well done. And then in multiplayer it gets better, "Lost Coast" is one of my favorite multiplayer maps in any shooter type game ever. Also the downloadable content is actually worth the price.

After that, it kinda goes into a gray area of just kinda waiting for the next bunch of games coming out. As it seems this whole past few weeks has been nothing but announcements of games coming out, with very few games coming out right right now.

Rent, and I really mean rent cause its a fun game, Crackdown, just make sure not to buy it, as you will be done with everything in the game within a day.

Make a Japanese account and download the Eternal Sonata demo (before MS starts really cracking down on this crap)

If you really like Tetris, the 360 Tetris Evolution is actually not bad (and only $30 retail brand new, so you know you can find it cheaper somewhere)

Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2. Awesome Graphics, and super fun multi-player on XBL.

Need for Speed: Most Wanted. Stay away from Carbon.

Marvel Ultimate Alliance: Gold (*new*) - more Spidey

Ninety Nine Nights. 3rd person Action game a la Dynasty Warriors

Kameo: Elements of Power - fun platformer, superb graphics

Fight Night Round 3 - fun gameplay, realistic graphics

Dead or Alive 4 - a tad bit hard, twitch gameplay, rewarding if you stick to it.

*Upcoming: The Darkness, Bioshock, Mass Effect, Assasin's Creed

Oh man. Download the demo for Ninety Nine Nights, and there you have it, button mashing if I ever played.

Fight Night Round 3. This was one of the first demo's I downloaded when I got my 360 (around launch), and I am still impressed by the graphics of this game. If it was my 'type' of game, instantly would buy it.

The Darkness looks bad ass so far, see brand new video.
Bioshock is of course one of the best looking titles on the horizon, both visually and gameplay.

Of all the Tom Clancy games out right now, R6V is the one I prefer the most. Great cover mechanics and pretty decent looking. GRAW2 probably looks the best out of them though.

Crackdown is pretty damn addictive. I tried the demo and didn't like it, but the full game is a whole other story. I'm actually on my second play-through right now, which is quite odd since I usually get bored of games quickly. I barely even get into the Halo 3 beta when I put the disc in.

Saints Row would be a great pick up with the recent price drop. Great step in improving the sandbox type gameplay that GTA brought on.

Fight Night is really damn fun with a friend and it's still one of the better looking 360 games out there.

And if you want something to pass the hours unknowingly, then you have to get Viva Pinata. Nevermind all the talk about it being a "kiddie game".

I say play some demos and buy your favorite games. I did that myself and have so far gotten my favorite shooters down to GRAW2 and R6:V in both campaign and multi. GRAW2 seems to be faster paced and smoother than GRAW, but the multiplayer was just awesome on the demo. Except for Kameo...hated the demo, but bought the game for 7$ and it rocks. So get that too :D

Saint's Row and Crackdown are both great if you like GTA style games.
Crackdown is just like a sci-fi GTA, which is awesome.

DOA 4 is a great fighting game by the guys of Team Ninja, and will keep you playing for a while

Guitar Hero 2 is a fun niche and party game. You basically are playing DDR with a Guitar.

If you want some good RPGs, try out Marvel Ultimate Alliance, a comic-book type rpg, or oblivion, an amazingly vast RPG game.

Also, most of the Tom Clancy games are great shooters. Rainbow 6 Vegas, And both of the Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter games.

Dead Rising is a great game that you can pick up and play. Kill zombies with a lot of different weapons while trapped in a mall.

If you want to play a strategy game, get Command and Conquer 3.

Or here is another suggestion. Get xbox live (assuming you don't have it already), and download some demos to decide for yourself. Try renting some games before you buy them.

Earth Defense Force 2017

That game is old school crack if you can overlook it's budget shortcomings. More like the game version of a b-movie.

Based on what you've got, I'd say Crackdown, Saint's Row, MUA: Gold, and maybe Lost Planet

I love Dead Rising, too, but it's insanely hard (Lost Planet is, too, in parts).

Condemned is badass, and cheap.

Dead Rising is a GREAT summer game. Killing zombies in the mall is both amazing and fun, and it will last you a pretty long time too (I'd say about 12 hours)

I'd say go with Condemned, Dead Rising, or Saint's Row. All are very fun games and they should also be around $30 bucks or so.

Burnout Revenge is one of the best racing games out there and has a crazy speed/fun factor. Crackdown is pretty fun too, fight night round 3 is a good game too

I'd also vote for Crackdown, Dead Rising, and Earth Defense Force. THose are like my three favorite 360 games now.
Open Season and Bomberman Zero. Two best games EVER.
Don't forget Final Fantasy XI!
