You sir are correct, mostly. France actually uses SEACAM not PAL, which there are some issues. Some Asian countries also use PAL and not NTSC, I know China (Mainland) is PAL as is Maylasia, not sure about others. Austrailia is PAL and usually is concurrent with the Europeans. South America uses PAL in countries and SEACAM in others. Africa is mainly SEACAM and
Antarctica is NTSC.
But the US and Canada are the same NTSC setup, right down to the channel frequencies.[/quote]

Is there really that big of a videogame market down there? Im guessing there arent too many videogame stores, so its probably whoever has the console and tv decides what region to use.
