Asking a couple friends of mine who have seen their fair share of anime, neither one recognizes her and thinks she might just be a random drawing.
 
Reminds me of naruto some what. Im guessing its supposed to a ninja based thing given the guards she has tied to her arms and the headband.

Cant quite place it though.
 
Look's like a samurai-esque anime, her headband has the symbol of the Sanada samurai family. Can't help you more than that. :shock:

I've seen most of GetBackers (have like 2 discs of season 2 left) and don't recognize her.

She's definitely not from getbackers unless shes from the manga which I doubt. Anyway I have no idea who that is and I've seen my fair share of animes. Sorry.

I meant that only people that watch it would know where that came from which is why I said it that way.
