Need help looking for a Video Card!

CAGiversary!
I asked this on another forum but got no responce :( hopefully the PC Gods will help me out lol.

Ok I got this Dell GX280 SFF PC back in July from EBAY for $80 bucks.

It has a 210w Power Supply (A friend of mine told me it actually has more wattage than that)
PCI Express (Low Profile) x16 slot
4 Gigs of Memory
2.8 P4 with HT

Changing the power supply is not an option (unless there is a cheaper external way) at the moment sadly since my limit is $100.

Any help guys? I can supply images of the motherboard if needed as well and I want this thing to run Left 4 Dead at least..

Difficult.

2 issues: Low profile and weak power supply.

The power supply may be OK... I'm currently running a Shuttle PC with a radeon 3850 card on a 250W PSU with no stability problems.

Low profile is more difficult... not too many good video cards are made in this form factor... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...&N=2010380048 1419530408&bop=And&Order=PRICED

I'd just recommend getting a new case and PSU... if you look around for deals, you can get a good price... I know I got a Sonata III with PSU a few months back for about $60 or so...

Even if you get it running at a playable framerate it's going to be low-res and look pretty bad...

"Left 4 Dead at least" leads me to believe you're expecting far more than you're going to get. You should either be willing to spend more or settle for older / less graphics intensive games.

If it were a standard case you could probably squeak by with a 9600 but low-profile you have to spend more for less, since they're sort of specialty items...

Your link led me to nothing lol.. I think newegg is spazzed at the moment.. but what about http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150241 or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814145164 ?

Would those be good? Its not like I wanna run everything on high.. medium to low is fine, I just wanna play it on the PC with a stable framerate and also I wanna play Half-Life 2, Doom 3 and some older games :)

I would get a new case and a PSU but then i'd hafta get a new mobo and and most likely a dual core which would go out of my price range sadly... If you guys need pics of my PC then let me know if it'll help.
