I'm about to upgrade my laptop's memory, but I am unable to open up the memory upgrade slots. The screws seem to be screwed on too tight. I tried unscrewing it with those small screwdrivers, but I cannot get it to work. The screw is getting beat up from my attempts (but it looks like it should still work). Any tips or advice?

Use an extension on your screwdriver (Greater Torque) and make sure you perpendicular to the screw head to prevent damage.
