Need help with a shitty neighbor

That might work with the people with the kids. The other guy doesn't seem to have any common sense though.
 
i would say get some kind of light, like red lights that look like beady little eyes and have them aimed at his window so it looks like something creepy is staring into his window :)...or use that for the hellspawn children, have the creepy lights aimed at their place...
or offer your front lawn or somewhere as space for a religious congregation, i remember this baptist or methodist church used to do that, they rented a small place and would do their services there, wow the noise, they were at hte other side of the block but wow they were loud!
 
Have you talked to your landlord? I've dealt with many of my shitty neighbors this way, I share walls with about 4 or 5 people and I don't take any shit from any of them. I start by asking kindly, then being a little bit more coercive with them, and when all of this doesn't bring the situation to a head, I end up calling the land lord.
