Need help with protection

Hey guys, I just sold a Gold Hammerburst code on ebay for $35 BIN.

The user who bought it has 0 feedback, is there anyway to protect myself? I feel like I'm walking into a trap.

Also, sorry for being Naive, but what will happen if he says the code doesn't work, will ebay/paypal just refund him the money and screw me over? I've heard that happens quite a bit.
