Need Logan's Shadow Help ( possible spoiler? )

I am stuck. Both myself and a co-worker are stuck on the same spot & can not get the warhead of the missle in the first underwater level. I have been pressing the X button for 3 mins. straight. What are we doing wrong? Both playing on PSP slims and begining to think that's the problem.

Try restarting the level, save file might be corrupted? I was a tester on Logan's Shadow, that's not the kind of bug we would miss...

Done that, but thanks for the responce anyway.

I think I hit that bug as well. I had to run back and forth a few times after getting the warhead, and eventually enemies show up again. After they show up, Logan automatically uses the warhead on the door.
