Need others for Global Agenda 4-Pack on Steam

Does anyone else want to go in on a 4-pack for Global Agenda?

4-pack is $150 / 4 people = $39 each ($37.50 + $1.50 PayPal fee http://www.rolbe.com/paypal.htm)

Normally, the game is $50.

If they gift you the money it is only $37.50, paypal doesn't take a fee from gifted money

That's true.

However, one of the CAG stickies says that Purchase Payments should be used for games. Apparently it is the proper type according to eBay's guidelines. Also, PayPal does not help resolve disputes for Personal Payments.

I have never even gifted a game So, I'm hoping someone else will buy the 4-pack and I can just PayPal them
