Need some quick help with Flash

Hopefully a quickly answer question...

I'm using Flash 8 and am trying to move the... rotation point thing on the image. In the screen shot its the circle thing next to the cursor. So how do you move the circle thing in the middle to the corner of the arm so it rotates at the joint?

Grab the transform tool (Q key) then you should be able to drag the rotation point where you need it, and do the rotation.
