Need some shopping advice..

Hey all, I just really need some help and none of my friends really know what the hell they are talking about.

I'm looking for a new computer monitor and I'm looking for a 22'' flat screen one for about $230-$250...what's the best to get with that budget?

If you want one just for gaming and basic usage, this will be good (I have one, and it's great):

If by any chance you're into graphic design, you'll want to spend more. The "cheap" 22" monitors have TN panels, which give poor color reproduction and poor viewing angles.
