Need suggestions for a realistic hunting game (for father)

As the title says, I need some suggestions on a hunting game for my father. It needs to be for a xbox 360, as he has no other platforms.

He likes the older pc hunting games where it was more realistic, where you have an large open world and actually hunt like a real hunter. He knows the difference and pretty much thinks the newest Cabela games are crap, which they are and have nothing to do with hunting.

I can't think of anything fitting that description on the 360.  Some of the sniper-centric games will have more realistic aiming/shooting mechanics but it's not hunting.

Here's an IGN review for it. I wouldn't normally recommend an IGN review, but it appears that this may be one of the only ones around. An excerpt from the review:

"If you’re looking for a twitch first-person shooter in the wilderness, stick to Turok. But if it’s a long, slow-paced hunting adventure you’re after, this could be for you."
