Anyone know where I can buy a box to put the Wii box in? Any recommendations? I've never sold anything this big before and I thought I could save a little by just buying a flat rate box, but people actually want the Wii box so I need to buy a box big enough to find the Wii box in. I usually only goto the Post Office to buy those bubble envelopes and the last time I went in, the prices weren't very friendly and not to mention there's also the shipping cost. I have the biggest Flat rate box here and it's just not big enough (Length-wise). What do you guys do to ship off this large packages?

Can't I just ship the Wii box as it is? Do people do that? >.>

My family and I have gone to Seven Eleven when in need of boxes; you just ask for them and they give them to you, and they have a variety of sizes; you will likely find a good one for the Wii box.

Why not just buy a roll of brown "postal wrapping", wrap the Wii up, attach postage, and ship? That's what I did with the PS3 I sold last year.

That is a good idea! A stop at Target will do it. Thank you.

Try visiting a local post office pack and mail place. Around me they tend to be very reasonable on boxes and packing peanut prices, but they nail you on the freaking shipping, so just do it elsewhere.

Another option is the use paper grocery bags.
Just cut them down the seam and turn them inside-out.
I've used these several times for items sold and it works great!
It could also end up being free.

I wouldnt slap a label on a wii box because it will probably get stolen. I would buy a box because the wii box might get damaged and chances are its for a christmas present and your buyer will probably not be too happy. I think staples sells shipping boxes might not be the cheapest though.

Most UPS Stores sell 18x16x6 boxes that should fit the Wii box. They're roughly $4, as is a 16x12x10. Remember, leaving a little room and padding it is a good idea. Ship UPS and get tracking included, as well as $100 insurance for free.

If you're really worried about it, take it to a UPS Store and have them pack it. It might be pricey, but if anything happens to it (lost/damaged/etc.), it's their fault and you'll be reimbursed.
