Do any of you guys know where I can get a Playstation and/or Playstation 2 fixed?

Try calling Sony. Some video game shops do fix consoles also.

I don't know if you have a Game Express in your area, but I remember a store called Game Express fixed my Dreamcast a few years ago.

Depends on the problem, with a PS1 it will most likely cost more than the system is worth but if you have a PS2 with DREs Sony will fix it for free.
