Needing to trade PS3 Guitar hero WT manual code for X360 one!

i have GH:WT on the PS3 and i have GH5 for the X360, now i have tried using the code on the manual to export GH:WT's songs into GH5 but the codes coming up "invalid" so im assuming the codes on the manuals are console specific!!

so i would like to know if anyone here is in the same situation but in reverse so we could swap export codes my PS3 code for a X360 one.
