The company that does the trade in for Amazon are scumbags they make u wait and if the trade in drops they will try to downgraded you or return the items to you
I always like topics such as this. The entire "DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH insert company name" thing. It was a personal experience and the topics should be titled as such. Plenty of people have done returns/exchanges with Amazon and not had a single issue, including myself.
I'd understand if you expressed a story about how it happens to you all the time, but you don't give us much to go with. It's not like it'll change my mind about amazon.
I trade in my Ear Force PX5 Programmable Wireless 7.1 Dolby Digital Surround Sound Headset with Bluetooth for 84.xx on November 27th they got it on December 3 and on December7 or 8 the trade in price drop to 52.20 then on December 15 I got a rejection and now I'm still waiting for them to return it to me and it's December 18 and no update
Might want to contact Amazon CS. Don't know if they changed it or not from when I did it last year. But they should be able to give you the tracking number for the stuff being returned to you.
