New 2005 GGC spoted at BB

I went to BB today to pick up a copy of KOTOR and in front of the store the in gift card area something caught my eye. It was new Gamer's Gift card package. So I quickly fliped it too see if it had a coupon for 5 bucks off a game of 19.99 or more and it does ! They are good till the end of 2005. So it looks like your games will be 5 bucks cheaper for another year. And it just shows that BB still hasn't killed this deal despite the difficulty some have had finding a 2004 GGC.

And as more good news they also had a "Movie Watchers Gift card" it came with a coupon good for 2 bucks off your purchuse when you buy 2 dvds of 14.99 or more. It's not as good as a GGC but still is another option when looking for a deal.

Now all I want is a Music Listener's gift card w/coupon and I'll be set.

edit:eek:h yeah and the cards are shinny sparkly holographic, the GGC is green and the MWGC is orange.

You should be able to use the 2004 cards until the end of 2004. This is just good news for the next year.

Thanks for the info, I have yet to find any in my store (all snatched up by the warbler snatchers) so I'll try me luck!
 
Sweet. I think I actually may have seen these at the new best buy in san marcos, but I didn't check them to see the dates or anything. Your description sounds farmiliar though.
 
the gift cards last forever. so you 2 cents will always be good until BB goes out of business.

the Gamer gift card COUPON expires 12-05 (the new ones)
old COUPONS expire 12-04

i picked up 10 of them today at work.


we only got 50 of them in today but expect tons of them by thanksgiving.
 
graystone ask a person in the video game department if they have any anywhere.

most of those people are lazy as hell and dont even bother putting them out and they sit in an office or the warehouse for months.
