New Disgaea 3 under $40

I'm getting it as a gift so I would like a new copy. Is the game under $40 anywhere?

I know you said "New" but Gamefly currently is selling this for $19.99 used. A lot of times their used games are in excellent (almost unused) condition.

Hmmm I might do that. I'd rather get it new but that's a big price difference.

The game sold a lot of copies, so a little legal piracy wont hurt it.

Disgaea 3 retails for $39.99 now, if I'm not mistaken. Both Amazon and Gamestop are selling it for that so you shouldn't have a problem.

As for the DLC, they promised we'd get it here, but I have not seen it yet. They MIGHT wait after a particular amount of time, I dunno.
