New forum title system - now based on join date

I like the new system because I am one of the 20 (1000 or more posts) that it doesn't effect so it is cool for those that don't post often to get a custom rank. Hey, I just realized something today is my CAG anniverary.
I just think that it should be based on contribution (or participation) on the site. One year from now there are going to be 20,000+ non-noobs who have never posted a thing...
I agree. I feel that I don't deserve a custom title, yet... (my cagiversary is Dec. 26) because I haven't posted enough times to have the highest category (244 as of this post). One vote for a time/# of posts title.

I decided I didn't like the CAG Regular title so I changed it to CAG in Training.
Also you can now reach CAG Veteran status by having 250 posts or by being registered 270 days.

See OP for details.

I think something might have got broke in the process unless I misinterpreted the revised OP. I definitely don't have a year of tenure or 1000 posts, but my title came up as CAGiversary! along with a few other people I noticed.

Konichiwa Cheapy. I'm down with the new system. I agree with everyone else on the combo system though.

It's a great time to be a cheap ass gamer.

See OP for details.
Darn. I was really enjoying my temporary Veteran Status too. Personally, I think it really should be a combo of posts plus time registered. Maybe even more than just 50+ posts to get CAGversary along with 365 days. So that you can't just lurk and get a custom title.

It's a good system but I'm gonna be selfish and say, "Ahh! Only a veteran and yet I have over 1000 posts!"

Edit: oh nvm, I only have a small amount of time left before I hit the 365 days mark.
