New Gamecube Game, Radio Allergy
Sounds like a good candidate for an original content (non-VC) Wii Shop download ;).
I'm in ur head, thinkin ur thawts...

Somehow I knew that the GC wouldn't see a meaningful release in 2007. It's a shame and this would have marked a decent end to the system.
I'm still hoping something is made past that game based off the Pixar film about the rat that cooks.
EDIT: Gamefaqs has a listing for Madden in August. Bah. Too bad Gamecube, I really loved you...

The prospect of a Milestone shmup compilation is rather titilating. I'd buy that, even though I have Chaos Field and import Radirgy on teh cube.

I got an email from play-asia last night saying it was canceled. I was hoping for just one more game cube game, but I always kind of knew it wasn't going to happen.

I saw the same "unavailable" all of a sudden on Amazon and thought.. well... the GC left as it came in... in a whimper.

It was an underrated console... but eh... It wasn't as horrible as some people made it out to be. :(

What is with these damned sports games being the last games for some of these systems? Both GameCube and Xbox end with Madden NFL 08, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 for the N64, NHL 2K2 for the Dreamcast, and FIFA Football 2005 for the PlayStation.

Radio Allergy would have been a great game to add last. Makes no sense as to why in the world GameStop would refuse it when they're allowing all the other 3rd party trash to flood the GC and GBA libraries at the end of this year.

The other 3rd party trash will sell better than Radio Allergy would've. I think my local EBstops still have Chaos Fields they're trying to get rid of, another shmup, sadly, would've suffered the same fate.

It likely won't as most of that crap is on Xbox 360, Xbox, PS2 and Wii as well. Most of the time, those are the games that get traded in the most, too.

That doesn't mean they won't get sold initially. Hell, I'm halfway tempted to get Madden 08 for the GC just because it might be the last game. Perhaps once it drops to 20 bucks or so.
