I know GI lost alot of credability with that PM2 score, but shit, they're just opinions. I like reading them but I don't buy a game or think one is better based on them.
 
I've not played Half Life 2, so I won't say one word to promote or disparage the game. However, Ive seen other reviews that give Halo 2 a higher score than HL2. The most reliable one being Gamespot.

I agree with you guys. Half Life 2 is much better then Halo 2 IMO.
 
So what else is new ? Everyone has their own biases.
The Japanese always scored their games higher than American ones.
The Americans overrate the good western produced games.
and console reviewers are biased against PC games. You can tell just by going into sites whose main focus is console games and vice versa.

Half-Life 2 is at least 5 times better than Halo 2! Halo 2 has a trainwreck of a fucking stupid story with a suckass campaign mode and a bullshit ending. They can take their 10 and shove it, the game deserves a solid 7.

Since u have Master C as your avatar, I assume you liked the 1st game. Just curious why the negative feelings for the second. I planned on picking it up as a gift for myself b/ have not been in a rush.
