Rewards Survey added US Weekly, it's $75 Reward Points and is 78 issues. If you're not on the site here's the link https://www.rewardsurvey.com

Also if you're not on the site already it's gonna take a couple weeks to get the reward points because you only get about 20 for the surveys.

 
Man how do these places make any money? I think I have a lifetime subscription to Maxim.

For RewardsGold I go back there every week and fill out a survey, get another year subscription to another magazine I'm currently getting.

I filled out like 30 surveys using a phoney email addresses not expecting anything to come from it, since they were all for a certain men's magazine, you know the one with rabbits and stuff. Low and behold two months later I get my first issue.

They make money from advertising. The more subscribers they have, the more they can charge for the advertisements. So, they will occasionally give away subscribtions just to get their subscriber numbers up. They make more on advertising than they make from subscribers anyway.

I have a few thousand rewards gold points that I have no idea how I got.  They're just so easy to stock pile.  Glad to find something I actually like to spend some of them on.

Go to the main page and login; then choose the reward from their store thus skipping the survey stuff provided you have enough points accumulated. The Smithsonian was 1000 pts.

Unless somebody gifts the subscription, I believe you have to earn the points.

Occasionally RewardsGold will give points away through e-mail or twitter with their "Everybody Wins" promotions by just clicking on the link or whatever. It is easy to bank points this way.

So recently I have received a few magazines I never subbed too.

The only one i did was for Maxim using a link here.

Currently I am getting Maxim, Field, and Stream, Men's Fitness and ESPN.

I don't mind all that much but has this happened to anyone else?
