You get lots of in-game money to buy stuff with! Yes, this "game" rewards you for using random (well, pre-defined) words during chat.

I considered that, but it would still be $10 out of pocket (plus the $10 I'd spend to pick up Rumble Roses, cause if I'm ordering, I may as well get a few things, plus how ever much for whatever used game I find to qualify for SAVER). Plus, I've not done any of the Pricegrabber rebates before, so I don't know if I want to get started down that road.

If it were under $5, I'd get it for the PG rebate and to have next time someone has a good trade-in deal.

You know, I think a lot of the awful reviews were influenced by the original MSRP of $29.99. If it had come out for $5 (which is what I could get it for here), it may have fared better.
I really don't think it looks THAT bad...pointless, but decently put-together pointlessness.
