nice, saved $2.85 on the automatic price adjustment from Banjo, total for it was $35.14 after price adj and keeping my 5% gold box discount

UGH, since i used a gift card balance the 2.85 will be credited to my account i guess on the 14th when the actual order is placed... that sucks

Boom Blox needs to come down another $10, and I'd jump on it.

I'm also tempted to order WAR, but the way Amazon deals with pre-orders, I think the 3 bucks I'd save isn't worth a week or more out of the game.

I'm all over that Banjo-Kazooie deal. So like with amazon when you preorder, when do they charge you? Immediately or when it ships?

Is there a deadline for this any time soon ?

This is awesome since I was going to pre order Persona 4 from Amazon anyway, since I still have that $5 coupon from ATLUS unused. $32 for for Persona 4 with no tax and free shipping = win :bouncy:.

When it ships. I can't believe with the Extra Arcade game, and 40 dollar MSRP, and now they make it 36.99. I damn well hope the game is good, but its an insane deal regardless.

say i cancel a preorder do i get charged a restocking fee etc?
No, you won't. =]
Lovely thing about not having your item shipped.

was checking my amazon preorders and saw my gold box of SOCOM Confrontation was discounted further.. then realized the new price for socom:confrontaton is $56.99 so I'll be paying $54.xx NO TAX prime shipping. NOT BAD! save over $10 after taxes if I bought from a B&M retail nice.

I'm still a bit confused if Left 4 Dead is retailing for $39.99 or $49.99 on PC since Valve hasn't officially confirmed the price. It's great Amazon's pre-order policy is pretty chill and they don't charge you card until it's about to ship. For now I'll just pre-order on Amazon and get it for at least $36.99. If I can find it for the same price or less on Steam, I'll just cancel and go for that.

If it does end up retailing for $39.99, I can definitely see Steam giving another $5-$10 off for pre-ordering through them.

Sadly, I can't really participate on this Amazon deal considering I am in Puerto Rico :( (No free shipping from them, so end up paying the same as in other places or in store). Oh well, is still pretty good for those that can enjoy it :D

I'm tempted to do the Banjo + bml for $32 but I'm not 100% on the whole bml thing...25 days is alot of time to pay it off, but say your late - it's plus $19!

I think I'll get Eternal Poison. I kept wondering what the hell this game was until it hit me that in Japan it's the SRPG called Poison Pink. I was hoping that game would make it here.

Thanks for deal, Maklershed!
Please add Castlevania Order of Ecclesia to the list for $27.99. (releases 10/21)

I pre-ordered this tonight with the Bill Me Later option for an add'l $5 off ($22.99 shipped). It should be a good day-one purchase considering I haven't been disappointed with a portable Castlevania game since Circle Of The Moon.

I was tempted to do this, but then I used BML on the >100 deal back in August.

Does this then disqualify me from this deal in Sept since I have used BML.....

I just thought this was for "new accounts" kinda thing.

Can anyone clear this up if they did the deal back in Aug that they did it this month for Sept?

The new BML $5 deal is totally separate, and not just for new customers or anything. I used both.

Thanks, definately getting another game, and looks like it's Castlevania!

Ah, I didn't know the list changed a few days ago, I'm in for RE5. I already preordered Valkyria Chronicles when this list was first posted

The following are back up to $59.99:
360:
Dead Space
MK vs DC Universe

PS3:
Ferrari Challenge

Other price changes:
Brothers In Arms: Hell's Highway went up to $58.99.
Crysis Warhead for PC dropped to $24.99.
Warhammer Online for PC dropped to $44.99.
Witcher Enhanced for PC went back up to $39.99.

OP's been updated with those changes.

Add: Killzone 2 for $56.99.

Disgaea DS is still $27.99.

Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum for Wii is $36.99.

Sonic Unleashed for Wii is $46.99.

And how come no PSP stuff? Yggdra Union is $36.99.

Hm, both NBA2K9 AND NBA Live 09 for 360 and PS3 are $54.96 right now.

I wish there was a demo for 2K9 out so I could figure out which one of these I'm gonna get.

I actually enjoy the Live 09 demo. :p

I just pre-ordered Killzone 2 for $56.99. Dunno if it is that big a deal, but it adds up since I don't have to pay tax on Amazon orders.

The Witcher Enhanced is still $36.99. The $39 price is the one sold by Beach Audio. Amazon currently doesn't have it in stock it seems, since it says ships in 3-4 weeks.

I also just ordered, since I don't mind waiting, so it is definitely that price.

That's an awesome deal on Banjo-Kazooie. $3 off MSRP, free shipping/tax, and I don't have to go to Gamestop to get the pre-order code.

I'm kinda pissed at amazon about their price guarantee of stuff you order. They wont give me a refund on an item that dropped in price within the 30 days of ordering the item.

Found more discounts:

Overlord: Raising Hell $52.99 PS3
Brothers In Arms: Hell's Highway $53.99 PS3 & 360, $46.99 PC, $67.99 LE 360
Ghostbusters $56.99 PS3 & 360

There are more PS3 and 360 games that are discounted which have been out for awhile or recently released.
Amazon must be crazy doing all these game discounts. Never seen anything like this from them.

You do know they no longer have a post order price guarantee. Unfortunately the price you pay when it ships is now the only price, even if 2 hours later it drops a hundred bucks.

No more refunds for anyone

There is a way "around" this. If you pre-ordered a bunch of titles together and they are shipping when the last item comes out and the original order was placed BEFORE Septebmer 1st they will still price adjust per the original policy. I had this happen with a Blu-Ray and they adjusted for me.

Also remember if you do this and the prices don't automatically adjust for you and the item drops and it hasn't shipped, you can request a price change to the item since the order has not yet shipped.

They do but only 7 days after the item ships and it has to be more than 20 bucks. It really sucks

where did you get that info?

I wanted to pick up Silent Hill 5 (360) using the Bill Me Later deal to get $10 off, and for some reason I can't. When checking out, it won't let me apply the BMLDEALS code. Says the code can't be applied, but doesn't say why. I know it says one per customer, but I haven't ordered anything before this.

Anyone else had the same problem?
