I had been holding off on Chrono Trigger. Then I saw the $5 GC for pre-ordering it. $31.99? Great. But I was busy and figured I would order it later. Then I looked at the page I had opened the other day (yes, I leave pages open for days sometimes) and noticed there was a free rochestral CD that comes with it. So I go to order it and the price has been jacked up to retail. Still, $34.99 for CTDS and CD is not bad. So I'm about to pre-order it. Hopefully it drops back down $3 before release and I can get Amazon to change the price.

Now whether or not to get Wii Music...

Just remember that if they don't have the price guarantee disclaimer on the page for the game that they no longer have the 30 day price protection in place so they won't adjust the price unless it specifically say that the pre-order guarantee is in place.

I know that if the price drops after it is released they don't price adjust. But this is a pre-order. Either way, I'm good with CT DS, a music CD and a $5 GC all for $40. Another $3 off would just be icing. I only have CT for the Super Famicom and since it's not out on the VC, I really want this. The other S-E games I have on SNES or GBA, so I don't have any need for them on VC or DS.

I live in NY and I have to pay tax so these aren't that great of a deal for me but I still get triple rewards points on my CC when I buy from Amazon so that still makes it better than anywhere else I could buy it from.

I got my code from Amazon last night for the free Banjo-Kazooie download. Downloaded it, hit start, the in-game camera flew into the witch's mouth, the screen froze. I powered down the 360, turned it on, and YAY! RROD!

Been playing my 360 for weeks with no problems. Now this. Awesome.

Anyone else have a problem with Banjo crashing?
