CAG Veteran
Fellow CAG'er mikkymuffins and I have started our own videogame website pertaining to anything videogame related. We've just added a new section entitled "D-Pad Adventures". It's essentially a retro-section, where we talk about the games and consoles of yester-year. We are anxious to hear from all of you CAG'ers as well, we want to hear your story of how you obtained your beloved game/console. Feel free to comment below the posts on the site. Also if you haven't done so already make sure to check out the "Welcome to 20 Year Gamers!" post for details for your chance to win Call of Duty: Black Ops for the system of your choice.

Looks pretty good.

I'm curious as to what your vision is for the site. It looks like you're covering mostly recently-released games as opposed to classics. With a name like 20 Year Gamers, and the abundance of new game content, I feel as a reader that I'd like to know what you have planned. I think I'd be more drawn to the site if I knew up front that there would be a wide range of content beyond modern consoles.

Sorry if that sounds overcritical, but hopefully that came across more as constructive criticism. I myself am a 30 year gamer, and I definitely like to read about a range of games from old to new.

We definitely appreciate the feedback. We do plan to cover older titles and stories of obtaining those classics as well. We want to touch on everything from the Atari and NES to Xbox 360/PS3/Wii generations. We are still building upon our content one day at a time and there is really only two of us at the moment, so hands are limited. We are hoping to recruit some passionate 20+ year gamers in the very near future to help make the site touch more bases than it currently does at the moment, all while having fun doing it. I guess, the cliffnotes, this is somewhat of a Beta, somethings will change over the course of the next couples months as we test what works and draws attention and what doesn't. So I really do appreciate your input, it's things like this that will hopefully help us make 20YearGamers.com better for you guys!
