From Neca's Player Select line. Series 1 apparently only has 3 Characters. They did a real nice job on the Ken Masters fig but Ryu looks a bit bug eyed but still not bad at all:

I can't wait to see how they do on Chung Li.

LOL. Yeah the designs are really...fantastical but then again they are based on the character designs of the game which are pretty stylish if not borderline wacky
