New Subway "Footlong Nation Appreciation" Contest - Use trade thread in OP for trades
Do ALL the chips have the same code? Went to a Subway and it seemed like they all had the exact same code.
There are 12 chip codes total. Each batch has the same code I think. So try when they get in the new shipments of chips, though I think they have the chip codes in the Op already. Not sure.

No one knows about the multiple account thing that I had asked? That has me worried and means I'd have to wait longer to get the game.
No one knows about the multiple account thing that I had asked? That has me worried and means I'd have to wait longer to get the game.
I think if you won the game then you won the game. What did you mean though that you ran out of codes?
I just won inFamous 2... but I had ran out of codes and went onto another email. Does this mean... no go?

I had kind of skimmed the official rules doing a search for "email" as well as "multiple" or "duplicate" before I did that and I see nothing. I should probably try to read it up more but even so I would think they would say something about that right off. Another contest I entered said that outside the official rules for everyone to be aware of.

Would it help if I stopped trying to enter?

Edit: Well I looked over the rules again, bit deeper and this was as close to what I could find.

Limit: One (1) Sweepstakes Prize per person or household address regardless of email address used; however, as stated above the winner of a Store Prize or a Game Prize is eligible to win a Sweepstakes Prize.
I don't know what that means exactly... does it mean even if more than 1 email is used, if an email with the same IP and home address wins 2 or more of a prize, they only get 1 of the prize?
That is the post I had on the previous page there. I did run out of codes on my other email and went into desperation there and moved onto the other emails I had. Ran out of free codes on this site and all I mean.

I see nothing about multiple emails and maybe the rules changed? I would think it would be something that would be right at the top of the rules like other sites tend to do with contests so I mean... I dunno. If there is a rule against it, I don't see it. Either does not exist or was not made too clear.

That Limit One thing confuses me a bit as I said there but makes me think even if you use more than 1 email, if you win 2 of the same prize, you only get 1 in the end?

I want to keep entering for a chance at the DLC and all but... I dunno.

I'm pretty sure you'll get the game. If you went on and won PSMove Heroes then I'd say the chances of getting either start to go down.

I agree too, that quote from the rules just goes against a few things they state in the rules. I'm guessing it's an error on their part and hopefully nothing to worry about.

It does seem the rules maybe changed from last time. But really, I see nothing about multiple emails... so if there is nothing clearly made about that, it should be fine, right? I mean I think many people are doing that to begin with and all.

But I mean you are saying that using more than 1 email is fine? Just to be clear.

So I have a cup code and a bag code, but Ive already won on my Level 2 prize. Should I use the codes on another account since the cup could boost another account up to level 3 and the chips would make it more likely to win either prize 2 or prize 3? IDK.

I doubt the lawyers made too many mistakes while writing the rules. Not after that Pepsi points fiasco. Anyways, if you win a prize that's it no more will win at that household/address, regardless of the email accounts. But you are still eligible to win the sweepstakes for the footlongs for life and any other "sweepstakes" prize they have.

LIMITS ON NUMBER AND TYPES OF PRIZES: Neither you nor any member of your household may win more than one (1) Prize from Level I, Level II, Level III or DORITOS® Chip Level Prize. Neither you nor any member of your household is eligible to win more than four (4) Prizes.
The way this legalese reads to me is that everybody in my house can win a total of 4 prizes each, equalling 1 from all 4 levels. I wonder. My wife won the copy of Move Heroes first, then the Subway card, and then the 2nd copy of Move Heroes.

So the top part is the legalese that I saw in the rules. It truly makes no sense to me because in my eyes it is saying that NO ONE PERSON can win more than one prize from each level. So if I live with 100 people, we can win a total of 400 prizes. But of course, that does not sound right when said that way. So I am pretty worried that I won't be receiving any of my prizes.

That would suck.

If Subway wants to deny any of the physical prizes they can as it seems like they gave themselves a lot of lead way as it looks like they are going more by home address then anything else. Your best bet is to list another address if you win a second prize and cross your fingers and hope that you will get either of them. The point of these contests are not to see who can make the most email addresses but to reward the fair players who follow the rules so I am glad if Subway denies any duplicate claims to the same address.

Yeah I mean the rules sound confusing. Still, I see nothing about multiple accounts or emails in the rules so I assume that is fine in the end, just means if you win 2 or more of the same prize, they only give you 1 of that prize? I hope that is the case.

But really I won inFamous 2 and I hope I get it. Had used my other 4 emails and all and I just hope that I win? I won inFamous 2 mission packs before then. I wanna try to win the inFamous 2 DLC as well but... I dunno.

Seriously though I better get my prize, if they say I can't because of so on, I mean their rules never said anything about it. They made it seem like it was ok, just meant you got 1 prize is all, right?

Yeah, Raukue I'm in the same boat as you. I agree with Owen and it's most likely subway just covering themselves for people that use one address but keep getting the same prizes (like multiple copies of tier 2 prizes).

So long they don't have a problem with multiple emails then it's cool. If it just means 1 of the prize if you get 2 or more then that is understandable. They probably couldn't stop people from using more than one email and it was probably easier just to settle things this way.

So just won Playstation Move Heroes. Chyeaaaaa.

edit: actually I think I'm done now. Infamous Collectors edition and PS Move Heroes. Time to play exclusively for my gf now.
Question (and sorry if this has been answered): I won a 30 day DC Universe Online trial code. Where am I supposed to enter this?
Pretty sure it's for PC. Maybe the site.
Pretty sure it's for PC. Maybe the site.
I think it works on both... its kinda a pointless prize since I heard you cant use two trials, and I know all first run atleast had a free month with the game.

I played fairly (no glitching or hacking) and I followed the rules, so I believe that I should get the prizes that I am entitled to. Does it mean I want 2 copies of PS Move Heroes? No, I simply want what I won fair and square. So if it goes by address, which after reading the posts from last year's game I think they are now doing, then I expect to get the first prize that was won, PS Move Heroes, and I expect that I can still win a Level 3 prize.

Since I live in an Apartment Complex I emailed PrizeLogic to see if my entire building sharing the same IP address would be a problem, they said It shouldnt and have a record of my win and address. Seems it's based on address this time.

After I read through hundreds of posts on the Fiery Footlong Game, I determined that the whole IP address/email address problems encountered were way too irritating. I am guessing that the lady from Prizelogic told the Subway lawyers to find a simpler way to award prizes. I mean, after reading the posts just from this site, I am surprised Maureen did not go postal and start sending out explosives.

So I am happy with my one copy of Move Heroes and inFamous 2 Hero edition. I just hope that we are correct when it comes down to it.

Maureen?

Pretty sure her name was Maureen. Or something like that. It appeared that she was left holding a bag of prizes that started to smell like ass after tons of people emailed and called about their prizes.

It turns out that I am a bit happy that I never won anything and had to go through all of that.

Yeah I hope I get my prizes as well. As I said I looked over the rules and nothing about multiple anything this time around. Again it is making me think it was just easier for them to settle with the 1 prize if someone is using more than 1 email so that way they don't go sending 2 of the same game to someone and all?

Really hope I get it. Oh sure I wanted the Hero Edition and it is probably too late now if I go to Subway and get the level 3 code for my chance at that as they would only send one, hopefully Hero Edition if I did win it instead of just the normal game.

I just really don't wanna wait about 2 weeks after the game release, which would be 10 weeks, as it said 8-10 weeks for it to arrive, game comes out in about 8 weeks... and then find they don't send it to me. Then I have to buy it myself which is more time spent there before I can play it.

Still though, wanted the Hero, was planning on possibly buying the Hero Edition. In a way it is nice but also it is like I could get another game with that extra $40 instead and all. As much as I love inFamous... I dunno.

Just got an email from Prizelogic.

They said they have record of my win and switched the shipping address to my home address. They were very polite if a bit slow to respond. Good on them.

Same here, I emailed them to confirm I had entered the correct address when filling out the form and they emailed me back today.

I don't know if I understand you correctly, but you can win both the Infamous 2 regular edition and the hero edition using the same address. They're in completely different tiers, so you can have one of each.

I went ahead and got a level 3 code today, I wouldn't mind if I got the hero edition after I've already won the regular game.

Sorry if this has already been stated many times, but which item do you buy at subway to enter tier 3 territory?

Plus if someone could post or PM me prizelogic's email I would appreciate it a lot (the form would not work for me)

It may seem that the form did not work, but if you look near the bottom after you fill in all of the info and click the submit button, you get a message stating that your message was sent. My wife sent one and she got a response after a few days.

You need to buy a 32 oz drink to get the code that upgrades you to tier 3.

I mean that I used more than 1 email to enter. Previous posts of mine said that that are on page 48.

So what is the confirmation number for? Am I suppose to do something with it?

As for emailing Prizelogic... I am almost afraid to, as they might say since I used more than 1 email this or that or something.

And as for level 3, I think I might try to unlock it, but can only be used on 1 email eh? I would hope I win the Hero Edition but then that makes the normal one is like... I dunno. Suppose I could send it to a friend if I won both... either way...

To email them or not? I used a few emails to enter and as I stated, I read the rules and nothing about that so I think it is ok... and what is the confirmation number for?

I personally wouldnt email them and say I used multiple email addresses...as it seems that'd be 100% against all rules for any contest I've ever heard about.

And just get two 32 oz cups. Use on both emails. Profit.

Yeah but I been over this as well, the rules don't seem to say anything against multiple emails. Usually a contest states that as clearly as possible and yet I don't see it. If you go back to page 47 or 48 on here you see me talking about that and others responses to it.

Just basically people said that before it was a big issue with too many people using more than 1 email last time and now it is probably allowed since it is easier to deal with, just only 1 prize is allowed so if you win 2, you only get one. At least that is how it sounds like, as this rule comes as close to anything I can find about it.

I would suggest not to email them, no point to it really. You can't change the address you used after winning a prize (without contacting prizelogic) so if you want to send it to a friend you should use a new email account. I wouldn't worry about it though honestly, and the confirmation is for winner support (like if you need to change the address they're shipping it to, or if you haven't received your prize in 8-10 weeks). It's nice to keep record of it in case something goes wrong, but I'm pretty sure they keep track of your wins by what email you use anyway so technically it shouldn't be needed.

Yeah but if they see I used several emails, my name and address on all of them, they will still send me my prize of inFamous 2?

Hmm I'll go read the rules again.

edit:
I doubt it, even though there is no specific rule about it. They always have their own discretion when it comes to things like this.

It seems like you can only win a level 1 prize and a level 2 or level 3 prize per person/account. I won a level 1 prize (Infamous FB app) 3-4 weeks ago but didn't want to claim it. After that I haven't won any new level 1 prize at all. Time to start a new account or should I keep trying?

That would not be cool. I mean I read the rules, well searching for anything about that before doing more than 1 email. Then I read more into it after I had won and still I don't see anything.

I dunno I mean people saying that last time it was just too big of an issue with people using more than 1 email and just makes me think that if they see that a multiple email with the same address has won, that they just send 1 of the prize rather than all of them?

As for emailing Prizelogic, I wonder if I should just to ask and see if my win went through, that is all, not saying anything about multiple emails. But I wonder would that alert them anyway? Just it is kind of stressing me here that even though I won, I may not have won, and would have to wait 2 weeks after inFamous 2 comes out to know for sure and then maybe wait another week after to buy it myself... inFamous is my favorite game of all time so to wait longer for it would be a pain.

well then just buy it?

I mean either play legitimately so you dont have to worry about this or buy the game.

Plenty of people have to buy the game.

I hate sounding like an ass but basically your saying you created multiple accounts to get around their limit of 3 plays @ 9 chances per day, and now that you won by doing that you want to make sure you were not caught or disqualified..

I was going to post the same. A lot of this will most likely fall on the people who either have insane luck, like to lie on forums, or had WAY too many codes. I remember one guy who won the fortune hunter edition of uncharted, and at least 2 other games... and then was mad when they refused to give them the items.

Even reading this thread, several people are winning multiple of the same tier. Several people are giving out the single use codes, and other such things. In the end someone who wins 4 copies of Infamous might get it... they most likely wont. This is without a doubt a luck matter.

They will not look into everyone who wins, but bigger prizes = higher chance of getting noticed. I will say during the last contest I had 2 accounts (1 for me and 1 for my GF), I won a game + 2 tier 1 prizes (gave both tier 1 prizes away on cag) and DID receive my game.

I won a pair of headphones and infamous 2. Do I get to choose which one I want since you can only win 1 prize per tier?

Someone posted that you'll receive the first prize you claimed in that tier, dunno if there's any truth to it but it wouldn't surprise me if that's what they'll do.

or buy a pop at subway,, its all of $1.50 or whatever..

I am guessing they wont offer any other universal level up codes, but thats just a guess.
ah dang I didn't realize I can win only one prize from each tier. Should I wait for a new level up code before playing again?
Yes. You would need to buy at least one soda in order to get to level 3.
