Daroga perhaps go by iTrader, something like 5+ positives are needed to participate, and if they don't have enough perhaps go by eBay feedback (and how long they have been an active poster on CAG.)

I'm wondering if the only way you can send a VC game is if you have their friend code registered, if that's the case we'll all have to all add each other (I have most of you on my list anyway.) Either way, we can sort all that out when we have an official list of those who are going to take part.
