New vs used castlevania

If you buy it new at Best Buy, you may still be able to get a copy of C:SotN with it.

Other than that, you aren't going to be missing anything. There are 2 DLC packs, but those came out a later.
 
No difference at all. And it's a great game!; The DLC isn't worth it IMO. The first one is a big puzzle, and half of the duration you don't even play as Belmont. The second one is a big Boss Fight (and a really tough one at that) on three sections, I enjoyed it more than the first, but for 9.99 is still too expensive to my tastes
