Newegg.com replacement question?

I've always ordered games from newegg but today i recieved a game that looked frelled the case had several things broken inside that keep the case closed and the disc was loose and had several scratches on it.They're office is closed now and i'm on their website, what should i put for the rma return ob their website?

Exactly what you wrote here. It's not that difficult, just make sure you mail it as soon as possible with all of the RMA information on the return package.

Yes, because Newegg, as with basically every on-line retailer, will accept the return but isn't responsible for damage during shipping. It will cost no more than a dollar or so to return something as simple as a game via first class or media mail.
