I need to tell the CAG community that Newegg has time and time again come through for me and has not disappointed. All the games ordered have been mint no tears,marks,cuts, dings. This last time i ordered on Saturday PS3 bioshock 2 S.E. 49.99 FS. Well i got it today Tuesday and in ABSOULTE MINT CONDITION. Packing was A++ I got off work and the box was laying in my garage. How has your Newegg Exp. been?

Wow great constructive posts! I have dealt with alot of "WELL KNOWN cough REPUTABLE companies" and nothing but disapp. If some would look beyond the pics. and see i said time and time and multiple games with no defects it goes way beyond the BIOSHOCK S.E. (troll on)

I prefer the MX for FPS. The optical mouse just the has perfect size and feel of control for an RTS.

Obviously differences aren't huge, but it's quite an amazing price (even better when it was $10) if you just want to play SC.
 
You know you could've picked up Bioshock 2 SE for $19.98 plus shipping from Toysrus.com late last week, right?

Saving $25 versus getting the game with the packaging in 100% 'omg collectors condition' seems like the better deal to me.

But if you're satisfied with your deal that's all that matters.
 
In all the years I have been buying parts or games from them I never had a problem, they have always been great.

Hell I ordered a part with them once and it was delivered by ups to the house nextdoor and I thought it was lost so I called them and they were going to ship me a new one, later that night neighbor brought it over when they got home and I called newegg back to tell them it was a delivery error and they gave me a 25 dollar coupon code for my trouble. They didnt have to but they always treated me good. Thats why Ive spent thousands of dollars with them when I need pc parts for a build.

I gotta agree here. I get giddy too whenever I got something that actually looks new but this crap isn't thread worthy... a thread for something like this is no different than a thread about how "GS sucks" or "what's your favorite _________".
 
For some bad newegg doings lately they've charged my card twice on preorders and then not shipped the games. Blazblue CS being the latest, and it's was still in stock when they canceled. I'd be wary of preordering from Newegg from now on.
 
I've been ordering from Newegg for years (mostly computer parts), and their service has always been A+. They process and ship orders really fast and their customer service is top notch.
 
that box you received is the box the item came in from the manufacturer. so newegg likely never opened it and visually confirmed it (which is fine), they just stored it and then slapped a label on it when you bought it.

basically, the credit isnt due to them for packaging it.

You seem to let everyone know when your Black Phantom got crushed. yeah that was in an existing thread but i have NO DOUBT you would have made a new thread telling people who/what/how/when.
 
Well, I can say the same thing about Amazon. I am a prime member and my games come in 2 days or less and 99% of the time in mint condition. Amazon is by far my favorite retailer. Long live Amazon!
