NewEgg Promo Codes?

I'm buying a monitor off of newegg.com and was wondering-before I purchase-if there were any promo codes that would be useful? . . . And for future reference, where should I post some of these questions? Much thanks!

Unless it's usually for a very specific item, you won't find any promo codes for newegg. They offer weekly coupons via their newsletter, but again, they pertain to specific items. I've never seen a general "percent off" coupon or "dollar off" coupon off your entire purchase.
 
That's kind of what I was wondering. I know that on hardware it has to be specific unless other wise noted, I just wanted to know if there was a coupon for anything off of a monitor that I didn't know about. And I figured I would check here before soldiering on.
