No links or anything it's through snail male, but I figured I'd make the post. This one says it's valid only in PA, NJ, DE, MD, DC and VA, so I'm not sure if it's the same across the country. Anyway, you need to get the mail-in certificate from a convenience store/gas station as well as five UPCs from 20 ounce Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Sierra Mist or Mug.

I did this two years ago and the hat was nice quality (last year I didn't see them out, but I got one from the Madden NFL giveaway as well as a copy of Madden '08). I'm gonna try to get a few this year to different addresses.

Looks like the hats are alterations. First year I got a green Eagles one, through Madden I got a black Eagles one and this one showed a grey-ish one for the Eagles at the store.

None. The only cost outside of buying the drinks is buying a stamp to mail them out in.

Oh, and from what I remember the turn around to getting it back wasn't too bad.

You just need five labels.

They're fairly easy to peel off most of the time. Occassionally though, an X-Acto can be handy.
 
I've sent out or two of these so far. There's a limit on five per house. Luckily, I got five of the papers over a few stops in as today, the local A Plus was out of them. I'll have to check the other one nearby when I'm in that area.
