Yeah really. I'd take Arizona over KC in that game. I'm still shocked not as many are taking Indy like the 12 or so of us :p

Just speakin for myself, but I would rather keep the better teams for latter picks. When it all narrows down I think the option to pick dominant teams will be a plus

One of the top defenses going against a rookie qb, I'm willing to roll the dice on that. I would take one of the stronger teams, but with 50 or so people left, I want to save as many top teams as I can for later.

that's just not your normal run of the mill rookie QB though. I think he will rebound nicely from last weeks atlanta dibacle

Maybe, that's the gamble of course. I've never been a fan of Leinart though, I think him staying for an extra year in college after he had already proved everything there was for him to prove there showed me he really doesn't want to play in the NFL and doesn't think he has what it takes to be succesful in the NFL.

I'd rather use my better picks early and make sure I make it to the end.

Agreed. It's the only way to play suicide pools. I don't understand "saving" the good teams for the end of the year when chances are that strategy won't get you there - you've got to be in it to win it.

Not only that, but good teams tend to rack up most of their losses towards the end of the year.

Yep. Especially when they are starting the 2nd stringers to save there good players for the playoffs.
 
I disagree about not saving teams, in this pool there are still 50 guys left, if I pick all the best teams, then sure I'll probably move on, but so will all the other 50 people. Then I'll be forced to take subpar teams when it counts most, instead of being able to take the teams I want.

Look at it this way, everyone that stays in this thing until close to the end will be forced to pick a few bad teams, I'd just rather pick my bad teams when I like the matchup best, not beacause it's week 10 and all the teams I want to pick are already gone and I'm forced to take a bad team in a bad matchup.

Again all this could backfire on me, but I'm if it doesn't then I'll be in a very good spot towards the middle/end of the season. It's all a calculated risk.

Yes, the Lions gie up 23 motherf*cking points in the 4th qtr to literally give the game away to Minnesota. God the Lions suck dick, they're an absolute embarassment to the city of Detroit, and all Detroit sports fans. Hell they're an embarassment to the game of football itself. I think I'm going to start a petition in the Detroit area to get this team kicked out. We should just get an expansion team and start from scratch.

Don't worry Zenith... I saw Detroit imploding a mile away. Then again I didn't turn the game on until right when Brad Johnson made that TD in the 4th..... I think that's why the Vikes made those suddenly unexplained 23 "motherf*cking points in the 4th qtr."
