NHL 09 for the 360

Anyone know of any good deals on NHL 09? I figured since the game already been out a few weeks and hockey season is just starting someone would be doing at least a $10 gift card or something.

the guy that runs gamedealdaily.com has or had it for 39.99 used i think. I'm not sure how legit it is but he seems to always post on these forums.
