NHL 2K6 or 2K7 for Xbox on the Cheap

Looking for some old NHL titles for my collection. I'm mainly interested in getting NHL 2K6 and 2K7 for the original Xbox. PS2 versions would be fine also. What are the clearance prices on these games at CC or BB? The cheapest I could find 2K6 was $9.99 at Amazon.

Possible your local circuit city still carry this game and it on clearance for $4.96 a piece.
