This one is for our younger CAG'ers.
SELECTION OF THE POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNERS:
Phase 1. At the close of the Contest Period, the Judges will evaluate all Entries received and select the top 3 Entries based on the Eligibility Requirements, General Requirements For Entries, and the Judging Criteria attached hereto (the “Semi-Finalists”). In the event of a tie, the Entry with the highest score in the degree to which the family embraces the spirit of Wii Fit will be deemed a Semi-Finalist. All Semi-Finalists families must be able to travel during the week of September 15, 2008 or another date to be determined by Sponsors or will be subject to forfeiture and the place of Semi-Finalist will be awarded to the next highest scoring Entry. Semi-Finalists may also be required to appear in a recorded and televised mini event on Nick At Nite where the winning family will be named the “Wii Fit Fittest Family.” Semi-Finalists will be required to sign any and all legal documents required to facilitate the recording and televising of such event. The Semi-Finalists will be awarded the following Semi-Final prize package:
▪ A Wii™ console (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $249.99)
▪ A copy of Wii Fit for the Wii console (ARV: $89.99)
▪ Round-trip coach airfare for Semi-Finalist family (a maximum of five family members) to Orlando, Florida to compete against one another in a series of events inspired by Wii Fit (ARV: $1,500.00)
▪ Four (4) nights/five (5) days stay at Nickelodeon Family Suites by Holiday Inn in Orlando, Florida (ARV: $1,200.00) and
▪ $1,000.00 in spending money for each semi-finalist family.
Additional Guests of Semi-Finalists: Promotion Parties shall be only responsible for making arrangements and paying for travel and accommodation for the competing Semi-Finalists, not to exceed fifteen (15) persons in total. Any additional persons traveling with the Semi-Finalists in excess of the up to five (5) persons in each Semi-Finalists family will be responsible for making travel and lodging arrangements and paying for such costs as well as any other costs incurred in such travel.
Florida Residents: (a) If a Semi-Finalist family resides in Orlando (or within a sixty (60) mile radius of Orlando, Florida (“Local Residence”)), in lieu of the round trip coach airfare portion of the prize package, Semi-Finalist will receive limousine transportation of Sponsors’ choice for semi-finalist to and from Local Residence to the hotel. Total ARV of Local Residence Prize Package is $2,625.00. No compensation will be awarded in lieu of the difference in the total ARV.
Phase 2. In Phase 2 of the Contest the three (3) Semi-Finalists families will compete against each other in certain events inspired by Wii Fit. The Semi-Finalist family with the highest number of points at the completion of the competition will be crowned the “Wii Fit Fittest Family” and will receive the following:
SpongeBob bedding and room accessories including Nickelodeon branded lamp ($20.00)
Cuddle pillow ($20.00) storage container ($10), bath towels ($25), bath accessories (soap dish, soap dispenser) ($25)
Nickelodeon branded t-shirts, sleepwear/loungewear, fashion tops, footwear and headwear ($100)
Nickelodeon branded Wilson tennis racket ($20)
Nickelodeon branded Bike ($70)
Helmet and elbow pads ($20),
Neopets plush plus line of collectables ($100),
3-pack of Neopets figures/collectables ($10),
Neopets Books:The Ultimate Field Guide
$5), Puzzles and Games! ($5), Ghoul Catchers #1: The Creeping Danger ($5), The Grey Faerie Chronicles #1: Nomi's Quest ($5), How to Draw Neopets! ($6)
Full line of Nickelodeon Npower items which includes digital cameras, digital photo frames, camcorder, webcam, digital music player, digital media player , LCD TV, DVD player, portable CD player, alarm clock and boom box. ($1,000)
Sponsors may elect, at their sole discretion, to award the cash equivalent in lieu of the following items. All item selections are at the Sponsors’ sole discretion:
Two flat screen TVs ($3,000)
Surround Sound system ($1,000)
A selection of Wii video games to be selected at Sponsors’ sole discretion ($1,000)
Fold away Ping-pong table ($1,000)
Multi-purpose board game table ($500)
Yoga ball seats ($100)
Elliptical machine ($2,000)
Treadmill ($1,500)
Weight machine ($3,000)
Free weights ($100)
$10,000 cash prize for a family room makeover.
