Nimblebit takes swipe at Zynga

It's a blatant ripoff of their idea.

Ermm.. Zynga is ripping off Nimblebite.

They sent out this swipe of a letter and it went viral.

As far as I know, everything Zynga creates is a blatant rip off of another developers game from the same market. So this isn't surprising at all to me nor is it anything new.

And before either of these, there was a pc game called SimTower which is pretty much the same thing.

Aye. However, Nimblebit took the gameplay ideas from SimTower and tweaked/adapted them to work in the mobile space. Zynga didn't even do that much; they just put their own coat of paint over Nimblebit's work after it got popular. The difference between 'inspired by' and 'ripping off' I suppose.
