It's also been $39.99 ($34.99 used) at EB/GS for quite some time, but this is great for those that don't like to take their business there for whatever reason. Granted, EB/GS is great for those people that don't like to take their business to Best Buy.
 
it might dry up soon for being new, Tecmo doesn't make too many prints unless a game becomes GH's or platnium, NG black is kind of hard to find now

Yes, Target was cheaper but this turns it into a Christmas present. =)

As someone already posted...if you can find one. I picked mine up at Target this past week where I live. My Target store was way behind Target stores nationwide in dropping this down to $14.98. This week was the first week it dropped down to $14.98 at my Target store. Most recently NG Sigma was $29.99. Picked up one of only two copies remaining in the store.
 
I checked my local Target at least twice looking for it on clearance but didn't find. I'd been waiting and waiting for the game drop to at least $29.99 considering its a remake of an upgrade of game that visually still hold its ground even today...but it never did (at least I could never find it for that price). And my doubts of it ever really officially happen grow ever larger (in terms of new copies). As others have said, this game looks like it'll be the type that'll see the vast majority of its sealed copies fade away before it ever gets really cheap. So I recently broke down and bought a sealed copy for about $38.00.

I must say though, even though you can probably just settle for Black if you don't care to play as Rachel, this is the ultimate version of one of the best and one of my favorite action games ever and for its substance, its well worth $40.00 if you don't already own an Xbox version.
 
I didn't want to make a new thread for this question since it seems to be on topic for the most part. My Target does not have any copies, but my WalMart has plenty. Think WalMart would pricematch Target's in store prices?

I highly doubt it, I tried to PM something before everytime they would request to look at a physical ad.
