i wanna repick this game up but i dont wanna spend another 50
 
I got mine from GameCrazy for 23. It was scratched up so they resurfaced it. I brought it home and it gave me a DRE. I brought it back and they went to buff it again... They guy put it in wrong and the disc flew out and chipped... they gave me a new one for free. =)

I rented this from GameFLY a few weeks ago and I was having DRE's as well. I'm getting that alot lately on my Xbox even on newer discs.

The NG copy I received from GF seemed pretty used (5/10), probably one of the more used games (disc surface) I've rented from them.
 
Best deal I've found for a new copy was at a Game Crazy for 29.99 which is YMMV. Target also had it for 29.99 but I don't think you can find any copies any more because I've tried at about 5 different Targets.
 
I got it at Target last year for $29... not sure if it's worth trying to save a few bucks getting used since it might be all scratched up.
