Looks like more of a contest than a specific deal.

That site is a Nintendo game only CAG-blog basically. They list the cheapest Nintendo games they find/get submitted. If you submit a deal you have the potential of getting a free game. I wouldn't consider this a deal or a contest per say. I think it's...kinda cool, but silly too.
