$20 bucks is $20 bucks + free shipping. Just got my rebate on Friday too.

Did E-cost drop that ridiculous "Handling" fee (would've been 4$ base + extra $$$ as the price went up). It's still a good price w/ the rebate, but the fact they offer 'free' shipping and tack on a handling charge instead seems deceptive.

how long did the rebate take to arrive?

I noticed that there was no handling fee with the ecost price when i added it to cart
